I put it too you all that nothing can pep you up after/during a crap day at work better than a decent cup of good coffee and some loud metal.
Seeing as this site seems to be a site for game developers and the like i feel kinda out of the proverbial loop. I do consider my self a gamer, not as much as I used to but thats mainly due to being otherwise engaged. I studied a Bachelor of Computer Games at one point through Bond Uni here on the Gold Coast, Australia. But I left cause well I didn't feel I need to be there.I have been browsing peoples blogs to try and a get a feel for stuff that people say and am trying to do the same with my own personal spin, which i am not quite sure what it is at the moment…Reading over this makes me think my thoughts are quite disjointed which is annoying as I like to think of myself as a logical person.Things, gaming related, I am looking forward to is the release of Assassins Creed II on November 20. I have pre-ordered the Black Edition for the 360 and its gonna dominate. I mean twin ninja hidden-blades! Oh and one has a single shot gun on it that shoots a shot with the emblem of the Assassins Guild on it, how sick is that!?!?!?Oh for those that would prob be commenting "What kinda music/metal do you like?" The main bands I listen to are;As I Lay Dying, Demon Hunter and Haste The Day. I have a lotta August Burns Red, some Akissforjersey, Alexisonfire, Underoath and We Came As Romans. Please no flaming my music, I like it and thats all that matters for me. Those "in the know" may realise that all these bands are Christian, that is no coincidence, due to personal beliefs, which I wont force on anyone else, I only listen to Christian music. Any suggestions for new metal, Christian bands will be appreciated.Peace, Love and Cookies
There is so much good music, metal, even spiritual metal, out there that isn't sold under the tag "Christian", you're missing out man.
Christian metal is so boring; not to say the opposite is amazing, but it's a lot more held back. But try Tourniquet, and there a lot of Christian black metal bands around nowadays (like Horde), so you're not exactly limited for choice.
I say theres a lot of "Christian bands" who do not have Christian music but are Christian. I don't think theyre too held back personally. but i guess it depends on the style you like.
