These are some boss designs I've got going for my untitled work in progress, stillin really early stages

I think I'm gettin' pretty dece at spriting

I have a first level but not much else. I'm basically making the bosses and kind of coming up with levels as an afterthought…might not be a great strategy but whatever.

This is coming along very, very slowly. I kind of got too ambitious concerning the first boss battle, and it's taking a long time to sort it out. I want advanced boss battles reminiscent of megaman or metroid to set this apart from most gm games. It might never come though. Hmm.

Oh, I almost forgot to say. All the graphics and music are made by me. That really helps make this task take forever.
