what ive done for spook-a-digits

Absolutely nothing!!!

Actually that's a lie, I DID start a blank unity project. That's progress.

Oh, and I've got some rad ideas for my themes! I got Deprived senses, Machines, and Brokenness. My current plan is a puzzle/horror/exploration game where you can't hear or see at the same time - you can only toggle between deafness and blindness. Maybe because you're in a broken suit machine and you're exploring underwater? I haven't fleshed that out yet. I'm not a huge fan of straight-up horror, so expect some sort of abstract horror maybeeee

I'm also debating whether or not I want to do first person or top down. I feel like top down horror maybe isn't done enough, but maybe that's because its bad and horror games need immersion? Again, something else I have to flush out. Limbo pulled of 2.5D spooks pretty well.

Related note, INSIDE looks great and I cannot wait.

Unrelated things: A remix I did of Jon Hopkins - Sun Harmonics.

Two levels that I made/am making for a 20 brush mapping contest over on Facepunch.

aaaaaaaaaaaand last but not least I moved to college about a month ago! It's pretty okay! I'm studying pre-architecture, and it's rad! I did a still-life drawing of some boxes. Two drawings, actually - the one on the left was too small, so I did it over again.

Peace.

your boxes look like concept art for your levels.

Well, I'd suggest doing some medusa like enemy and maybe sirens (the evil monster kind). Sirens in mythology generally cause people to well… see things. (oh boy, that makes no sense now). Anyway, perhaps certain sounds cause the player to become dizzy and walk in circles?
