I'm not excited about the program being able to count in less than a second, but other than that, the in-game editor looks awesome. I might actually use this instead of GM, is this program going to be free? But either way Game Maker could still have some competition, lawl.
yeah the program will be free. and the importance of the counting is doing math.
for example, if you want a lot of instances to check the distance from each other and if there is a collision line from them to the player or whatever, it can slow down the game.
