It's called photoshop or gimp. You need some powa to crush a pdf down.

Ok, didn't know if GIMP could open .pdf's. One sec. Will edit if it can.

Sadly, if I go the route of balls with legs and arms, they just look silly. I've done it. The only way I could make it look decent would be this or humanoid.
