Metroid Fangame Trouble

Posted by Metroid Dude on Aug. 12, 2009, 1:11 p.m.

I've been working on a Metroid fangame, you can look at it in my Projects. I just finished all the movements, but Samus won't move. I have tested the game in debug mode and all the variables change. When you shoot, the sound plays, but no beam appears. The game is in my files. I would like it if someone could tell me what I did wrong. There is a lot of unfinished stuff in the game, but I only want the movements fixed.

EDIT: Apparently, I'm having trouble uploading the file, so…

but are you working on fixing this, or is anyone else?

DSG 16 years, 8 months ago

i tried. i dont get the logic of ur programming. i fixed the ground sinking thing and none of the controls work. id rather start it over and thats too much work.

That's just what it is, too: coincidence. He has a whole ton of IPs he's used, and all but one of them are only him. The other one is nearly a year ago and I'm pretty sure it's a school or a library or something. I'm also pretty sure he's NOT duckman, the other guy with that IP.

Especially seeing as Dr.M64's engine was already feature-complete when he started using it. Don't need admin powers (somebody secured the IP viewer, too - finally :P), just common sense.

uh…, what exactly are we talking about?

DM64's IP?

i wasn't implying that >_> wow you guys are silly
