LIFE AND SUCH

The wheel of life will not stop, no matter how hard you try. It will continue to go forward and you cannot turn it back or stop it. I've often imagined what I could do if I could stop time or go back in time. The future really holds no interest for me. There are many things I would do….I'd start by taking my video camera and go back to famous events and film them. Of course, I would be entirely impervious to the environment–no one would be able to see, hear, touch, or otherwise interact with me and thus I would not be in danger of altering the space-time continuem. Ok, enough with my ramblings.

SUMMER!!! It's only days away. I plan to do a lot with my time. For starters I will do more reading. I've never read Steven King before, so I took a collection of his short stories from the library and began to read. I have yet to formulate an idea because I haven't read that much of it yet… but he's definitely not quite what I expected. I'm also reading through Agatha Christie's murder mysteries. They're purty good.

Sigh…. Well, I can't play much of the Xbox. I've played Halo 1 and 2 and Battlefront 1 and 2 to death. I don't have a 360 and thus can't play Oblivion or Halo 3 (which has yet to be released). So my gaming time has definitely dropped. On the bright side, I can spend more time on Rollo.

ROLLO UPDATE

I despise cutscenes. The one I'm currently making is the hardest yet and I'm not even halfway through the game. So far it looks good though. When it's done, I release the next beta. There is still no Options or Editor yet and probably won't be till I near completion. Gameplay comes first.

Here's what I have so far:

–Main menu

–Level selecting room

–Unlockables menu room

–Easy cutscene navigator

–Statistics bar

–Levels one through fifteen

–Three full cutscenes

–Three songs in the soundtrack

–Checkpoint system

–Plans for a whole lot more!

Hopefully this game will provide over three hours of entertainment and not become dull or too frustrating.

That's why I need you to download the betas and review.
