HTML is <i>easy</i>. Whoever can't learn it deserves to be shot.
Now, learn CSS. When you're done that, and want a not so fucking boring site, learn PHP. It can be extremely frustrating with errors at first, and when you make more advanced sites, then errors will be "frequent like flight milage"

HTML, CSS, MYSQL, and PHP aren't really hard at all. You just have to do what you're doing [:D]

You may know the basic tags but it takes a blot longer to master it all. I've been doing it for a long time now and I'm still learning to this day.
