[V] Boredom.

I have nothing to do. NO-THING. It's pretty dull around here now, but that should change when college finally revs up.

—–Life—–

I'm 18 in 13 days, and I'd have to say, it doesn't feel as good as it should feel for others. I mean, I can get drafted and die for my country now… Although that's not on my list of things to do. I can smoke, but I don't like it. I can buy a shamwow on the TV… Well, that might be ok for a few shits 'n' giggles, but in reality… Well, 18 is nothing. I'll be really celebrating when I graduate college, because THAT is when I can start living the good life. I don't know, it's a bit of a nostalgic feeling, knowing that you've only been alive for 18 years and you have 3x that waiting ahead of you, and it consists of alot of the same thing… Am I sounding depressing yet? Lol.

Asides from that, I'm thinking of getting something nice for my birthday. Not a laptop, because I'm right here typing on my nice laptop from my 17th (The one that mattered to me) birthday. And As for video games, well, I beat those in like 2 days if it's pretty good. So, I figured I'll get something that looks nice and I have a practical use for it. First thing at the top of my list is a trenchcoat, because let's face it - those things are badass. I'd wear it all the damn time (very likely). Only thing is, I know what coat I want to get ([link="http://www.abbyshot.com/products/ps-enigma.php"]Linky here[/link]) But it wouldn't hurt to get input.

—–Gaming—–

I happened to be digging around my house as of late, and I came across a fun, old N64 game - Conker's bad fur day. Picked it up and started playing for like 4 hours until I fell asleep. That game is like the pinnacle of a game combined with crude humor, I'd be amazed if someone played through that whole game without laughing a couple of times. Good stuff.

And then I realized something. That game was a hell of a lot harder than it was when I was younger. And then I wanted to prove something and picked up Turok I. I couldn't even get past the first stage without dying a few times, whereas when I was 10, I aced that stage with 150 health and everything. Maybe my skill is just wearing off? Or could it be that when you're younger, you're more skillful at games? I have no clue, but it seems like a viable argument.

Out of shit to say. be back in about 2 weeks on my birthday to provide updates.

You know, I've never played Conker's Bad Fur Day. Everyone says its great, but I've never had the game AND an N64 at the same time

All the "major" birthdays are overrated.

I've tried going back and playing n64 games, and it was the controller that gave me problems. It's oddly shaped compared to most other controllers so I guess it takes a while to get used to.

Yeah. I honestly can't think of anything to do. Or anything I would want, for that matter, and that's a really strange feeling. And yeah, the controller is shaped really wierd. It's just a thing that comes with time I suppose.

Hmm, I don't know about you, but actually the good life ends when you graduate college, from then on your life is screwed progressively until you die.
