So i've been listening to a lot of music lately, but the newest thing i've listened to was Maroon 5's new album. Bloody good album. I love it just as much as the last one. There isn't any song on either of their albums that i don't like, but i like more than others. This new album also has a slightly retro feeling to the songs which is a nice touch.<br /><br /> The whole album is rather funkified and more rock than the previous and damn it sounds amazing. It's much edgier, and they did away with much of the ballads, though there are still a couple which are absolutely wonderful. Some of my favorites from the CD are "Makes Me Wonder," "Wake Up Call," "Little of Your Time" (which is what i have above) and "Back At Your Door."<br /><br />

Pirates 3 - Haven't watched it? Not missing too much. It doesn't live up to the other 2 movies. Disney tried to add as much mystical story as they could find, but the result is really messy, cluttered, and full of plot jumps. True, i did watch this opening night at midnight, but i still had cognitive skills and i had to use my imagination a little too much to fill up the gaps. Great technical work though, it was a wonderful movie visually.
Oceans 13 - Lots of improvement from Oceans 12, but it still didn't feel exciting. The characters are amazing as usual - i still feel like going into that line of "business" thanks to those guys. However, it was a little too smart. It would've been better with a couple more action scenes here and there, but it was still good. I wouldn't need it, but i wish i had that pheromone thinger Matt Damon sported.
Spidey 3 - It was okay. I had chills, but only when he was really acting like the good ol' spiderman. Other than that, Toby Mcguire proved he can easily act the asshole character that he probably is in real life. And i think it would've been better if they had carnage in there. =) It probably would've ended up like the POTC3 of the spidey series though.
Shrek 3 - Definitely lives up to the shrek series. Just don't watch it with a bunch of girls cuz they end up cutifying the whole damn movie. Regardless, it was funny, had action, and transvestites. What more do you want?
Fantastic Four 2 - It was a good movie. There was nothing bad about it except that they should've shown more skin when Jessica Alba did that accidental nude scene. Pity. But the movie? I didn't really feel any excitement, but it was a decent movie.

I've been hanging out with my friends a whole lot this first week of vacation, but i can't seem to fill up all the time. It doesn't help that my gf is at a field hockey tourney down at cape cod this weekend, so i can't hang out with her. As a result i've been playing a little more wii then i really should… oh well. I need to start jogging for soccer tryouts anyway so i should probably go do that…<br /><br /><span style="color:#FF0000;"><b>Too much god forsaken time…</b></span></table>
