I've been working more on Fractree… only about 30 minutes, but the actual tree generation seems to be as finished as it needs to be now. It looks a whole lot nicer with the color and glowy lines. Even better, sometimes they end up looking kind of like an actual tree! Well, in an abstract way…
What do you think?
All I have to do now is make it user-friendly: Give it a menu that lets you change the settings and re-generate the trees without having to restart the thing.
It should be ready to submit by Friday, provided I don't have much homework to do.I'm lazy, I'll get it user-friendly by tomorrow evening, Australian time. I could use .ini files, but that might scare people off.
Hmm… I think it'd be a lot more useful if it isn't exclusively for GM use. I'll go check for some DLLs… I came across one that seemed pretty nifty a while back, hopefully I can find it again.
