[ Nightmare ]

I'm working on a game called Nightmare. It's a first person shooter that is pretty cool. For some reason though, I can't see a model I loaded into it. I used the same exact scripts for my Metroid Prime game, too.

Maybe it's the code in the player's Draw Event. Maybe.

Anyway, I'm making high resolution textures for everything, because the engine I use only had 64x64. The resolution isn't that high, it's 256x256. It looks pretty good.

There's a pretty cool fog effect I designed that makes the fog really close to you when you're underground, then when you're above it, you can see fine.

I'm trying to add the dragon featured in the X3D Third Person example. But when I place him in a room, the actual extension package gets messed up. Crap, and he's a really cool model too. Right now I've replaced the non-working gun model with a sprite of the same one.

I've decided to release some of the resources, for anyone's use. But you have to credit me. Also, if you use them, show me what you're using them in.

I'll release a demo as soon as I finsih the opening "credits". So, expect it in about two hours (I've got homework).

Gradients are nice, but too many… and the Earth will be pulled into the gradiented sun.
