Have any of you ever noticed I like the odd GM games? Of course, you have. Have you ever wonder why some people like those games? Of course, you don't, because there's no clear answer. But, one thing I do notice is this: people that think surreal games are retarded are usually pre/young teens(read:lower on the intelligence scale).
What proof do I have? Well, for one, I posted La La Land 4 on a couple of forums. The forums with more mature members usually were creeped out, amazed, or humoured by it, like so. However, another forum(whcih you have to be a member of to see the post I posted on it(so I can't link to it to be blunt)), where the members are generally younger(Harvest Moon forum, add two and two and get five, THEN LOVE BIG BROTHER! >:O), found it retarded and trashy. But, you know what? I laughed at them when they said that. That's the fun part of it, because they don't get a single point of the game(read:anything of the game). And, while I may not get all of La La Land 4, I know some basic things about it.Whatever the case, La La Land 4 is a masterpiece and some people just need to stop calling everything they don't understand retarded(read:need to stop making yuri and yaoi fanart and get lives). I agree, if you post something like that on GMC, you get flamed…
but on GMG you are pretty much safe.well, you'll only get flamed because of one thing: too many bad games… it's not THAT much about maturity, i mean, it's so annoying to get good games kicked down by bad ones, not that it's bad, but if you think yours is WAAAY better than another one and it got bumped down, it would get you angry, would it not? even more if it has infinite replies…
WTF? the 6 finished games glitch AGAIN??actually, most forums except the GMC are safe, including here… the GMC is composed of TOO MANY PEOPLE!! so that's why it's harsher over there…over there, the more replies a game has, the faster it'll get replies…Um…people over at the Tales Series forum (or whatever it is you call it) were not amazed or humored. Most were creeped out, super freaked out, said it crashed, and one person said it was crappy. Not quite the super ravin' reviews you made it out to be (though I don't know if you wanted it to seem that way).
As for the GMC comment from mrpacman0, I pretty m uch agree with it. People are a lot less forgiving there because of the incredibly crappy games taking over. People aren't as….laid back (?) as they used to be.Like I said, they were humored, creeped out, or amazed at the Tales series. :P
If they are unforgiving, let them be unforgiving. They need to get lives and stop getting ticked off at things they don't like. ;P Also, I do have 6 games on the quene right now. That's why I have that badge. :D
