Domino's Adventure video

At last, a video. Hurrah!

I decided to use a screen recorder this time instead of filming myself playing it irl. I used a free screen recorder for OSX that I found online called "Capture Me". Unfortunately it didn't support audio, and the videos were really laggy if I recorded at 30fps, so instead I recorded at 24fps and they look far better. I placed the music track by sirXemic on top of the whole video, and adjusted the length of the video so that it would sort of fit with the music. I added two screens at the end, one telling you about the special features of the game (including lefty mode!), and the other with the big "Only $0.99" text in the center. I wanted to make the "Only $0.99" thing clickable, and have it take the user to either my website (www.dominosadventure.com) or to the iTunes store. However it seems that YouTube only lets you link to another video or page within their site (which makes sense really I suppose).

If you have a dual male ended audio plug you can work around that, just connect your sound-out to your sound-in. About $2-3 at your local electronics store.

Awesome video, I love the way you show the sticking tactic to grab onto a ledge.

Awesome quote too.

Yeah but that makes a very annoying buzzing noise
It's really easy to process the audio with a noise reduction algorithm.

Heck, I'm pretty sure soundbooth has a buzz remover macro.

That reminds me, I'm pretty sure the new Quicktime X can record your screen for you.
