Your site screams something at first glance. It's something along the lines of, "Hey guys, I don't know how to use proper grammar, so come to my site."

As a friendly suggestion, get all of your "staff," especially advertisers and recruiters, an education in basic English. Because at this point, I don't see how anyone can take you seriously, or would want to be part of such a community.

OK..One thing dissappoints me:(.I know that my engleish it's not so good(I'm from Romania so I'm a romanian speaker) but instead of saing how bad it's and keep telling that I'm bad at engleish etc..No one said..hey your engleish it's really bad,your website 2 but I can help you a bit at the language problems and a little with the website.It's all about giving a help hand.:)
