My most technical track so far

Blah Part II:

My most technical track so far. I definitely need to get me a midi controller because doing all the automations by hand is a major pain in the grundle. Speaking of grundle I feel bad for my girlfriend because I've been ignoring her for the past few days…when I write music or work on a program everything gets put on the backburner. Sometimes I even forget to eat, sleep, and poop. Just kidding - I don't feel bad.

You really need headphones in order to take in all the sounds tho because I can't figure out how to export my tracks to sound like they do originally :/ I'm getting frustrated bc I can develop an idea quickly, but can't finish them :E

Next track will be R&B, an apology song for ignoring my girlfriend. Actually it's bc I want to practice with slow tempos, but I'll just use that as an excuse :P

Let me preface by saying that I have no idea what most of the MIDI instruments are called.

I really like your positioning of the main instruments, but the centered snare (almost sounds mono) in the first half is distracting. I keep mentally focusing on it. It just my own personal preference, but I think you ought to do something so that it doesn't stand out so much.

I agree with bendodge.

Also, while maybe a lot of people like this kind of melody. I personally, hate it, because it is the most generic overdone euro dance beat. pretty sure. (imo)

I like that a lot, honestly :D but I have to agree about the snare D:

Thanks! Alert it's funny because I don't typically listen to this style of music, but because I only recently started it's the easiest style for me to practice my techniques with. I still have trouble ending my other tracks I posted on here :c
