As to why this isn't formally submitted:

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'array)' at line 1

Every. Single. Time.

I'd like to submit a game, I really would, but that keeps me from ever managing to do so…

So I give up.

SimpleDefense (v1.2) - GM8, Windows

Screenshot:

2 maps. 4 towers. Endless waves of enemies.

I made it in a few hours, so this is pretty good for me. :D

Tower types:

-Fast but weak.

-Slow but strong.

-Slows down enemies, but ultra-weak.

-Weak, but can be very strong, and is continuous.

it's:

Weak/Fast

Strong/Slow

UltraWeak/Slows-down-enemies (6 + (2 * tower level) seconds)

Weak->Strong/Continuous

Updated: Animation edits. Sped up the enemies a little. Fixed the $-1 glitch. Weakened the laser tower's upgrades slightly.
