CyberpunkIF where you're a decker with a datajack,and you're hacking a network.It would of been a simple run,but the datajack overloads and you are struck with amnesia.Now,you have to hack the network before you can even disconnect without being electron pulsed

When you begin,an error screen is up saying that there was a memory overload.Press a key to clear it and go to the'main'screen,after reading login information.As serprex noted in the game description,0 means off and 1 means on.Notice only one drive has a 0 beside it,meaning it is open.So,to get to the Hdrive(H:/),type"H:/".This brings up the folders of H:/.Now,type DOCUMENTS and it brings up the files in H:/DOCUMENTS.Open I_AM.TXT by typing"I_AM.TXT".It tells you basically what happened and you need to load VWORM.Press a key and you are back to H:/DOCUMENTS.Open REVIEW.TXT.It tells you how to hack C:/and sets the objectives

Reminds me of that hacking thing on enter the matrix. But I just get syntax errors. You need to include some way to know your syntax.

I didn't understand how to play it, the text file wasn't very helpful. I couldn't get the syntax command to work etc. etc. I like text adventures but they are usually more intuitive than this.

Ya,its GM5.If it was GM6 it would just be bloat.I half wish I made it with GM4,or even C...It'd be perfect running on DOS...

Very interesting, strange it'd be that number. I'll keep that in mind for later.

Is that why some of the files are missing spaces after commas?

No,I just wanted to text to have this compact feel...there should never be spaces after commas.I did searchs for terms just to make them smaller and stuff.

It took awhile to type the thousands of lines,but its pretty basic.I have an text script that draws the stuff and an io script that saves input as in.The hard parts came when programming Z:/and X:/.X:/ mainly for the ideas.I also had an issue with the io script so that with the text script so that I have to have a variable of the last message,and if its the same I don't show it.I think Z:/still has some issues,though we'll call them random pits of death...
