pxd contains a WMA,so it may contain an unexpected error
Soundless version

pxd is a 1Dgame with 2Dgameplay.I decided to create it since I've always been fascinated by 1D

The following will explain why this is not 2D
When I create a tower that interacts with other floors,I am making it a 2Dgame with 3Dgameplay.pxd uses a single row of pixels at a time,it just has 2Dgameplay.If you say the height of a single px is no longer 1D,what is?

Have fun

It's definetely unique like DF said...but I thought it wasn't really that fun or anything...and kinda confusing. I got stuck and couldn't move too...

I won't rate...

I get errors!
Ar, I really wanted to play it too, a 1D game intrigues me...

By the screenshot, I thought you gave it a plane instead of a line to work on. Yeah, I beat this, but I mostly did it with constant experimenting with the pixels and the help file. I learned that my favorite pixel was the purple/pink one. I pretty much won the game by luck.
It was interesting, but pretty hard. Truly, I don't know what to give it yet. I like how everything was done by code--no sprites, making it a small and efficient game. Let's see...the gameplay was hard and confusing, but I think coding the entire thing ought to earn a bonus point. 9/10
Don't yell at me for that.

You're just not used to a different type of gameplay, game_devil. You'll end up back at the beginning if you get stuck, so try again until you beat it!

That is indeed the reason for most of my games' falls, confusion
Really,I should start including target audience...though CyberpunkIF seems descriptive enough.1Dadventure I'd think also, but I guess not
And I specially made the parts you get stuck in,they are predictable with good forsight

The only thing I'm getting is unexpected errors.

Nice--very confusing though--
Also a very small screen--made my head hurt trying to figure out what to do...

Interesting idea, and smart coding. The rating is stupid because of that 3/10 from game_devil, I think this deserves about a 7, but I'll give yeah an 8. =P

Very interesting ides.
10/10 to counteract game_devil's idiotic rating

That's nice. I hate when people rate games poorly because they get confused. You know, serprex, you can delete his comment, becuase it provides NO USEFUL INFORMATION!

VERY original! Really... But sometimes you go too fast up and down, and then you don't know what you are doing.

The puzzles are really good though: you have to think to finish this game. And that's very goooood... 8/10

I was scrathing my head wondering what you could pull off in a 1D game. Well, seems you can do quite a bit in 1-D after all. I tried it a bit and got stuck. Seemed like a couple places I should be able to go to I couldn't. Is it 1D? Hmmmm... Yeah, I see your point... but when you say you can go up and down... well, that's 2-D, no? But yet at the same time you could say that instead of going up or down that certain colors would send you like 1 room to the right or left or something...which still makes it 1D! Definitely different. So now, what will the next game be... 0-D? (A game with no graphics...only sound). Quite orignal. 7/10

@Player=Circle?That'd break the theme a little I think
@BaldChim=Yes,most people do fall into places where they get stuck.I see you got caught on the 2Dgameplay,1Dgameplay isn't as easy for explorers

Wasn't your initial motive to make this an exploration game? Also, there are no places I got stuck. If something happens, go find the ladder or hole and start over. The game really isn't too long to hurt you if you fail a bit.

Also, since I've seen the source, I like how well you compiled this. It's all conveniently coded and sized.
