Apache 2 Update

Well this is yet another blog about the server not me.

Well there has been recently some High load caused by these images, and Upgrading Apache and PHP will help with amount of Views.

The will cause 64digits to be down for a while, so i just wanted to make sure that people were ok with this, if i get people saying go for it then i will upgrade in the next 30 mins.

That would be twice in the last couple days. I believe you promised 100% uptime, didn't you? You should contact the admins before doing something like this, not the users.
